All packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail and are insured with $50 worth of insurance. All packages are sent with a "Signature Required". We are not responsible for any lost packages or delays from packages in transit. We DO NOT replace lost and or stolen packages. Please file a claim with your local carrier with the tracking number provided for any lost or stolen packages.
Tracking numbers will be emailed within 48 hours of shipping.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
There are NO REFUND or EXCHANGES on any orders. You can get store credit. Please be sure to check your cart before completing your order. Send us an email for questions.
If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at email@example.com for further information.
All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped. We also do not issue refunds or exchanges on sale items, such as online sales.
We accept all major credit cards. We also accept cash, ONLY during vending events
All custom orders will require a 2-3 week turnaround time. There is also a $30 set-up fee.
