All packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail and are insured with $50 worth of insurance. All packages are sent with a "Signature Required". We are not responsible for any lost packages or delays from packages in transit. We DO NOT replace lost and or stolen packages. Please file a claim with your local carrier with the tracking number provided for any lost or stolen packages.
Tracking numbers will be emailed within 48 hours of shipping.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on any orders.
The satisfaction of your order is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving.
Do not return ANY ORDERS. We DO NOT accept return orders without approval and we DO NOT refund money. Store credits are issued in very isolated cases once approved by management.
We accept all major credit cards. We also accept cash, ONLY during vending events
All custom orders will require a 2-3 week turnaround time. There is also a $30 set-up fee.
